About dramatherapy...
Dramatherapy uses the art form of drama to promote growth and healing. Through creative
processes individuals and groups can explore themselves and their feelings at their own pace,
in a non-confrontational way.
Client and therapist engage creatively using a variety of methods, including:
story-telling and enactment
music and movement
play and games
improvisation and acting
masks and puppets
small world objects and sand-tray work
sensory and relational interaction

The theories of Lindkvist, Jung, Laban, Slade and Winnicott underpin the work.
