Rachel Jolly is a dramatherapist based in Oxfordshire. She offers dramatherapy to children and their families, and does one-to-one and group work as appropriate. She also works with students training to be therapists, and professionals interested in a client-centred approach to their work.
In therapy sessions a variety of creative processes are used to explore the client’s needs. These include drama, movement, stories, play and games, artwork, small world objects, sand tray work, and conversation. Therapy sessions are confidential, although occasionally information is shared with other professionals in order to keep the client safe. This is always with the consent of the client.
Sessions can be individual, for families or for groups, as appropriate.
Therapy aims to promote healthy emotional and mental health.
